Contractors and Repair Requests
Note Regarding Vendors and Contractors
We make every effort to employ the very best vendors and contractors to provide the various services for South Mill Village, such as building maintenance, grounds maintenance, snow removal, trash collection, etc. If you have a suggestion about how their services can be improved, please share those suggestions with Advanced Property Management and/or the appropriate Committee Chair, not the vendor or their employees. Contractor phone numbers are not included here because you should call White & Katzman, not the contractor.
Repair Request/Problem/Comment Reporting
To report a problem with your unit or comment on Contractor work you may:
- Telephone or fax Sheila Zanewski at White & Katzman using the numbers on the Management Company page
- e-mail Advanced Property Management using the address on the Management Company page
To help improve request tracking in repairs, you may want to advise the relevant Board Member or Committee Chairman at the same time.
